Admission into +2 classes after Supplementary Exam Result by BSE, Odisha

The Department of Higher Education, DHE announces the admission notification into +2 classes after publication of Supplementary Examination Results conducted by Board of Secondary Education BSE, Odisha in all Junior Colleges for Academic Session 2012-13. Admission to the seats lying vacant in +2 classes of various Junior Colleges (including Self Financing colleges) and Higher Secondary Schools shall be filled up by the respective colleges / Higher Secondary Schools through fresh Common Application Form (CAF) as per the following guidelines.


Eligibility Criteria for Admission into +2 classes

  • The applicants who have passed the Supplementary Examination conducted by BSE, Odisha for the year 2012;
  • The applicants who could not apply during the normal admission / vacant seat admission period due to various  reasons;
  • The applicants who have not got any seat during admission or vacant seat admission;
  • The applicants who were selected but could not take admission due to various reasons;
  • The applicants who have already taken admission in normal admission or vacant seat admission period but want to switch over to other colleges.

Various Dateline of Admission Procedure

  • 29th November 2012; 5 pm: last date of submitting the manually filled in CAF at the college, where an applicant wants to take admission;
  • 1st December 2012; 11 am: preparation of merit list (purely on marks secured in the qualifying examination) by the respective colleges for remaining seats and publication on college notice board;
  • 3rd December to 7th December 2012: admission to the vacant seats against the published selection list at respective colleges.
Interested candidates need to download the common application form (CAF) from the website: dheorissa.in and after filling need to submit the same with relevant documents at the selected college. After while the colleges will prepare the merit list as per the marks and intimate the candidates or publish on the College Notice Board.
