Job Description:
  • Handling all documents relating to Board Meeting and General Meeting and render assistance to the Board.
  • Maintaining close liaison with Company Solicitors and Directors on all matters pertaining to the companies act and for other statutory requirements.
  • Should be well conversant with other laws applicable to mining industries including industries such as industrial and labour laws.
  • The job will demand analysis on financial data and trend to assist policy formations.
  • Any other assignments, in addition to the assignment of Company Secretary to be entrusted on him from time to time considering his additional qualification.

Eligibility: Candidate must be a graduate from any recognized university or institution and an associate or fellow member of the institution of company secretaries of India.
Experience Required: He must have 15 years of post qualification experience as company secretary and must have been a company secretary of a company for a minimum period of 7 years (out of total years of post qualification experience) as a regular employee of that company.
Additional qualification is law, HR, Finance, and Accounts will be given preference.
Age limit: as on 1st January 2013 must not have completed 50 years of age.
