Educational
qualification:
Applicant must be a Masters Degree in Law
(LLM) from any recognized university of institute incorporated by or under
Central Act / Provincial Act or State Act. (Or) LLB with below mentioned
experiences.
Experience:
For
LLM: Applicant should be a member of State Judicial Service for at least five
years (Or) in service for state govt. legal department for five years or experience
in legal affairs for central govt. servant for five years (Or) a qualified
legal practitioner for five year (Or) teacher in law for five year in any
recognized university or institution (Or) experience of translation into Assamese
language of statutes, statutory rules and orders in central govt. or state
govt. (Or) five years of experience of statute drafting in central govt. or
state govt.
For
LLB: All of the above mentioned sectors with at least 7 years of experience.
